Volunteer Resources & Engagement is proud to support volunteer programs within the Saanich Peninsula. See below for a list of supported healthcare sites and program areas.

Volunteers in the Saanich Peninsula support Island Health patients, residents, clients, site visitors, and even staff through a variety of different programs.

A few examples include: activity volunteer (supporting games and social activities with Long-Term Care residents), social engagement volunteer (one-on-one social interaction with residents and patients) and clinic support volunteer (providing wayfinding and information to patients and clients visiting clinics within the hospital).

We support these Island Health locations in this area:
