About the clinic
The Nexus Primary Care Clinic is a nurse practitioner-led primary care clinic that is owned and operated by the Nexus Patient and Community Care Society.
The clinic’s nurse practitioners work in collaboration with Island Health Registered Nurses, social workers and Mental Health and Substance Use Clinicians to provide team-based care to families and individuals in Nanaimo.
