Please note the Waitlist opens for the "text-in" service 15 minutes after opening time.
To use the text-based service, you should be able to arrive at the lab within five minutes after you receive an alert for your appointment.
If the above option(s) are not available to you, no problem. Please proceed to the lab. You will be manually added to the wait-list by Island Health staff.

Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturdays: Closed
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Sunday Appointments Only: Pre-booked appointments and patients that require stat bloodwork for same-day or next day surgery or treatment will be accepted. The WaitWhile text-based solution will not be open on Sundays and we will not be accepting walk-in patients during Sunday operational hours.
Statutory Holidays:
Good Friday, Labor Day and Christmas - Closed
All other statutory holidays open 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
