The All Nations Healing Room is a culturally safe, quiet and peaceful space within the Patient Care Centre at Royal Jubilee Hospital that is welcoming and open to Indigenous people.

Indigenous Health has two full-time dietitians who offer nutrition and health services to Indigenous communities on Vancouver Island.

Indigenous Liaison Nurses and Indigenous Patient Navigators

One of the ways Island Health is working towards the creation of safer spaces for Indigenous Peoples is through the support and care offered to First Nation, Inuit and Métis clients, and their families, through the Indigenous Liaison Nurse (ILN) Program and Indigenous Patient Navigators (IPN) Program.
