Island Health provides acute care, emergency, and rehabilitation services related to orthotics, foot care, splinting, prosthetics, pedorthics, seating and assistive devices. Based out of The Queen Alexandra Centre, and known as QAOPS, we help people of all ages overcome mobility difficulties. This includes custom bracing services, custom foot orthotics, custom orthotics and wheelchair and seating services.

From fitting artificial limbs for amputees to customizing braces for stroke victims, we provide custom orthotics and foot orthotics.
We custom-build our prosthetics to fit the functional & aesthetic needs of clients who are missing limbs or other body parts.
Our centre has an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team that assesses clients for their wheelchair, adaptive seating and positioning needs.
