"Sharing the Journey" is a video series funded by the Victoria Hospitals Foundation. It offers family caregivers practical advice to help them respond to new challenges while maintaining a meaningful and healthy relationship with a loved one living with dementia. 

The information in these videos is useful for everyone in the community who may have friends, neighbours, coworkers or customers who have dementia. These videos are also available on our Island Health YouTube channel

Two new primary care memory clinics, located in Victoria and Nanaimo, will provide support to adults concerned about cognitive changes, such as memory loss. These clinics feature an interdisciplinary team of family physicians, nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists, with back up support from specialists if necessary.
