The building is a four-storey apartment-style complex equipped with an elevator; on beautifully landscaped property with parking for residents and guests.
Lounge and dining areas located on the main floor with a private dining room available for resident gatherings. We include an on-site hair salon and offer a shuttle bus for outings and shopping trips at no additional charge.
Located 3 minutes from Ladysmith Urgent Care. Conveniently located just minutes away are three local pharmacies and a grocery store.

La Rosa Gardens offers studios & one bedroom units. Single or double occupancy. All units include a kitchenette and ample closet space for personal storage.
Residents pay 70% of their after-tax income which covers:
- Monthly rental accommodation
- Hospitality services: two meals and two snacks daily, weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry, and cable television
- Personal care
Residents on income assistance pay a flat rate. Items not included as a part of the monthly fee include:
