Building Description

Built to ILBC standards in 2006, this heritage-style building across the street from the Chemainus Health Care Centre replicates the style of the church previously located on the site. The decor is representative of the character of the past century but the building has all the amenities and features of a new home. There is an attractive entrance with easily accessible vehicle access.

Building Amenities

A dining room and activity room are located on the main floor of the building. There are small lounge seating areas on each floor. An easily accessible laundry room is located on the second floor. The beautifully landscaped grounds include a variety of comfortable seating areas for tenants to enjoy the outdoors, garden, and socialize. The large patio off the activity room is a favourite gathering place for our tenants and their guests.

Facility-Specific Restrictions

Tenants must be 19+ years of age.
