Urgent Vascular Peripheral Artery Disease Clinic
The Royal Jubilee Hospital Urgent Vascular Peripheral Artery Disease Clinic (UVPAD) supports patients with arterial wounds, venous ulcers, and limb threatening ischemia. Patients seen at UVPAD will have an abnormal arterial or venous physical exam, in addition to a poorly healing lower leg wound and/or ischemic rest pain. During your appointment, you will be assessed by a Vascular Surgeon and Nurse, and often times a physiatrist as well.
How to get a Referral
Your Primary Care Provider can refer you to the UVPAD Clinic by completing our referral form and submitting it by fax. Referrals are triaged by urgency. Ensuring that required diagnostic testing has been completed will expedite appointment bookings.
