Harold Cull is a Charted Professional Accountant with over 33 years of public sector experience. Most recently, Harold has been increasingly focused in the areas of finance and organizational governance. His professional areas of impact include the Provincial Government (multiple ministries), the Consumer Protection Authority (legislated authority) and local government with the Sooke School District as the Corporate Secretary (Secretary Treasurer) to the Board of Education.
In addition to this work experience, Harold recently completed his first year on the Board for the YMCA/YWCA of Vancouver Island and is looking to increase his participation on similar public sector Boards in our local community.
Harold Cull was first appointed to the Island Health Board of Directors on March 11, 2024. His current term expires on March 31, 2025
