A Canada Post service disruption is currently in effect. During this time, vendors may not be able to receive or send mail via Canada Post, including invoices, cheques and other financial documents to or from Island Health.
To help mitigate interruptions, we recommend that invoices are submitted electronically to APServicesSI@islandhealth.ca or APServicesCI@islandhealth.ca. If you have not already done so, please sign up for electronic funds transfer (EFT) to ensure you continue to receive payments while the service disruption is ongoing.
To sign up for EFT, please take the following steps:
- Fill out the application form
- Submit the completed form to APVendorMaint@islandhealth.ca
